For a worthy cause
J.K. Rowling has generously donated all of her author royalties to Comic Relief, a U.K. charity. All money raised through the sale of this book will be invested in making children and young people to be ready for the future-to be safe, healthy, educated, and empowered. They are particularly interesting in helping those in the most difficult circumstances, where there is violence, conflict, neglect, or abuse.
So, by purchasing this book you’re making a difference and helping hundreds of thousands of vulnerable children have a brighter future! Yay! 🙂
Want to know what the Puffskien eats? Curious to know where the Thunderbird lives? Need to know what shiny objects should always been kept away from the Niffler? Would like to know what fantastic beast coat invisibility cloaks are made out of?
Though there are some creatures Harry Potter fans are familiar of–hippogriff, mermaid, centaur, etc. However, there are lots of beasts and creatures not mentioned in the books.
Thoughts (for when you’re done reading)
Since I can’t have a favorite character or part in this book, I’m making a list of my top 3 favorite magical beasts.
- Kneazle: This loyal pet has a cat-like appearance with freckled, speckled, or spotted fur, outsize ears and a tail like a lion’s. This is my favorite magical beast because I would love to have a Kneazle as a pet. They would be very useful if you ever got lost and needed to find your way back home. They also seem like quite lovable pets.
- Thunderbird: Taller than a man full grown and creating storms as it flies, this is not only one awesome beast but my Ilvermorny House. #Thunderbird Pride!
- Unicorn: Being an 11 year old girl, this was obviously on the list. Unicrons are highly useful-take for example, the 12 uses of unicorn blood. Also, my most recent Pottermore quiz informed me that my “wand” was from unicorn hair core.
Thank you for reading this post and please comment down below on your favorite magical beasts. Feel free to check out the rest of my blog!
